When I started out with my online business I made the mistake of using content that was spin. My website never got to the 1st page of Google’s serps. Serps mean(search engine results pages) If your website is not on the first page you won’t get targeted traffic.

In order to have your article to be seen by Google, you will have to optimize you website, getting started with search engine optimization is importing , because this is where your traffic is going to be coming from. To optimize you website you will need to find a good keyword/search term that is relevant to your content. You can’t just pick any keywords, because if the keyword has a lot of competition it will be too hard to get to the 1st page of Google for that keyword/search term.
What I mean by a lot of competition, or high competition is that a lot of people are using that keyword/search term on their web pages. There is a way you can tell if a keyword/search term has a high competition rate. You can use a keyword tool that can tell you the competition level of a keyword. Here are two keyword tools you can use to help you find a good low competition keyword.
- Google keyword tool – This is a free service, but it only gives you searches from Google search engine.
- Jaaxy – This is my favorite, It’s free to sign up , and jaaxy give you results from the three big search engine like, yahoo, bing, and Google.
